We have a number of employee-led network groups – including our women’s development network, our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) network, young persons’ development network and our carers’ network. While focusing on specific issues, networks are open to anyone to join and benefit from – and they make a valuable contribution to our business and community.

Fundraising and community work

We support a wide range of charities across the Group, and for some activities we match the funds raised to double-up the total money we donate. Fundraising is actively encouraged right across the Group, and you can be as involved as much as you’d like. From redecorating to strategy planning, our people have taken on a wide variety of team challenges to help their local communities.We celebrate inspiration – in the activities our people do in and out of work. We hold local awards each year to recognise inspiring people and teams, with an annual Group-wide awards ceremony to celebrate all the winners’ achievements.
