Sign up for ecommunications

If you want to help us save paper and get your shareholder information quickly and securely, why not sign-up to receive your communications by email?

All you need to do is register your email address with your local Shareholder Services team.  Then, whenever there's something you need to know, we'll send you emails with links to the latest information online.

You can update your email address by visiting the Standard Life share portal.

It only takes a few minutes to sign up. All you need to do is:

  • Go to www.standardlifeshareportal.com/login
  • Enter your username
  • Enter your password, then select Next
  • Enter requested characters from your memorable word
  • Click on the 'Ecommunications' link and follow the on screen instructions

Changed your mind or your details are incorrect?

If you already receive your shareholder information online, but want to change your options or update your email address - then just let us know by going to www.standardlifeshareportal.com and visiting the 'Update your email address' page. You'll also need a note of the details above.
