For the third year in a row Standard Life Bank has won Best Flexible Mortgage Lender. Mortgage Magazine employs a robust judging process involving a 2 stage approach. Firstly a short list of nominees is gathered by the company's in-house team who work solely on awards. Secondly, the nominations are sent to a panel of IFAs and mortgage brokers who score each nominee individually. Standard Life Bank has received the highest average score for the Best Flexible Mortgage Lender category in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
