Standard Life always aims to provide an excellent level of service. If our customers are not satisfied with the service we have provided, we will treat their complaints seriously and investigate them thoroughly. Re-Run Generation report (921Kb)
Standard Life has produced the Re-Run Generation report highlighting the pensions gap in 28 - 40 year olds with just half saving for their future despite being aware of the fact that they will live longer in retirement. The report indicates that this generation - coined as the 'Re-Runners' - are particularly fascinated by brands, products, music and culture from their youth and as a result struggle to think about the future feeling anxious about growing up and getting older.
