Our Group people strategy addresses our short-term operational priorities and the longer-term organisational agenda, enabling us to successfully deliver on our goals.

2010 highlights

  • Our Group people strategy was updated to support both our immediate needs and longer-term objectives.
  • 59 senior leaders participated in our Accelerated Development Support scheme.
  • 4,299 of our people responded to our November Transformation Tracker Survey, that's 46% of our employees.
