Policies supporting our approach to sustainability

We have specific group-wide policies, covering business conduct, community investment, environmental issues and health and safety. These govern how we conduct our operations in a sustainable manner and are reviewed every year. As a result of this review, our Corporate Community Investment Policy has been rewritten and renamed the Group Community Investment Policy, and took effect from 1 January 2011.
