We live in an evermore connected global society where it is critical for us to understand and respond to the needs of all our stakeholders. We engage with our stakeholders to understand risks and opportunities and inform our business strategy.

Our customers are at the heart of our engagement activities and our business approach. However, we also actively engage with our employees, shareholders, investors, analysts, partners and intermediaries, regulators and communities.

Our online report describes our key stakeholders, how we engage with each group and some of the things they are concerned about.

In 2009 we conducted two pieces of research to understand what our multinational stakeholders and employees thought of our approach to corporate responsibility. This research has tested the visibility, clarity and relevance of our corporate responsibility strategy and communications.

The research confirmed that our material issues are still relevant however, we need to make sure that we effectively integrate and communicate our responsible approach to business.
