An occupational test is an assessment used in the workplace, for all levels of employment and all types of job.
There are a wide variety of tests, which look at numerical reasoning, verbal comprehension or abstract reasoning. There are also system tests, which we use to check technical ability. The tests you might sit are designed to assess suitability for the particular role that you have applied.
